These terms cover your use of thunderdome.store, operated by 3000 Studios. By using this site, you agree to them. They are written to be plain and honest — if anything is unclear, ask us.
The game is in development
Thunderdome: AeroStrike is a game in active development. Everything on this site — footage, screenshots, ship specs, boss details, features, and dates — describes a work in progress and may change or be removed before launch. Nothing on this site is a promise that a specific feature, build, or release date will ship.
Closed beta
- Beta spots are limited and free. Signing up requests a spot; it does not guarantee one.
- The beta is a 14-day test on Android run through Google Play. We ask testers to stay opted in and keep the game installed for the full test — that is a good-faith request that keeps the test valid, not a purchase or a paid contract.
- Beta builds are unfinished test software. Expect bugs, crashes, balance changes, and progress resets.
- Testers who complete the beta receive the free 1-year season pass at launch as described on this site.
- We may end, extend, or change the beta at any time, and may remove testers who abuse the program.
Downloads
Any early test build offered on this site is provided free, "as is," for testing and feedback. Install it only on devices you own or control. You are responsible for backing up your device before installing test software.
Merchandise and third-party stores
Merchandise links on this site lead to the 3000 Studios store at boughtitonline.com and other third-party services (such as Google Play and Spotify). Purchases there are governed by that store's own terms, prices, and policies — not these terms.
Intellectual property
THUNDERDOME, the game content, artwork, music, logos, and text on this site belong to 3000 Studios (© 2026) unless otherwise noted. Don't copy, redistribute, or sell them without written permission. Fan discussion, reviews, and fair-use commentary are welcome.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse this site or the beta: no attempting to disrupt the site or game servers, no cheating or exploiting the beta, no submitting other people's email addresses to the signup, and no unlawful use.
No warranties; liability
This site and any test builds are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, 3000 Studios is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or test software.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted here with its effective date is the current one. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
